Patients often ask if they can go to a restaurant while they are on this program. The answer is YES, because you will learn how to order your foods in healthy way. We do utilize supplements to assist with weight loss, and we don’t use bars or shakes. You learn how to select and prepare real food. This is program is a lifestyle change.
You have access to our patient portal app where you track what you eat and drink, and track your weight loss success!
DNA testing is also utilized, which shows us a personalized report designed just for YOU! This report is used to help our patients KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF. Often times, getting the weight off is the easier part, but KEEPING IT OFF is our #1 goal.
The initial consultation is complimentary. During this visit we will do your evaluation, show you the program, and decide if it is a good fit. During that visit we do a body composition analysis test which shows us great information about your body. This test also gives us a baseline to measure your success.
After your goal weight is achieved, we also offer maintenance programs to stay on track.
Body Contouring is rapidly becoming one of the most sought after procedures, preferred by both men and women. Men, as well as women, have problematic areas of excess fat accumulation. While men have excessive fat accumulation in areas such as love handles, abdomen and chest, women tend to have trouble with the thighs, arms, hips, buttocks, and abdomen. All those who have excess skin or fat in any of these areas can benefit from this form of body contouring.
Neuropathy is a medical condition caused by damaged nerve cells and often associated with autoimmune diseases, infections, diabetes, tumors, or hereditary conditions. Spinal decompression involves stretching the spine while using a traction table. The goal is to relieve back pain and/or leg pain. Our chiropractor also works to promote an optimal healing environment for bulging, degenerated, or herniated discs.
Spinal decompression is a type of therapy applied to the spine that brings patients many benefits. First, we attempt to create a negative intradiscal pressure to promote retraction or re-positioning of the herniated or bulging disc material. Secondly, we create a lower pressure in the disc that will cause an influx of healing nutrients as well as other substances into the disc.
We will be sure to stretch and relax your spine intermittently in a controlled way. The entire theory behind this process is to create a negative intradiscal pressure which will pull the herniated or bulging disc material back into the correct space as well as to promote a passage of healing nutrients into the disc so it is able to heal.
