I was hesitant to step in the door, however after meeting Dave and going through the treatment program I felt I had to do something- if I did nothing I would only think negative thoughts and feeling worse-- I am now feeling better, improved and ready to move forward! There is so much more to weight loss than numbers and pictures, especially for “foodies.” Food has always been a core part of my life.  It is my love language and my art form.  Having struggled with my weight all my life and never having met any of l the “should’s” of the recommended health statistics, I knew I couldn’t do it, successfully, on my own. But to be honest, I was a skeptic.  I had tried other programs and would lose some weight, but never all that I needed to and always re-gained what I have lost and then some, especially as I got older. Dr. Luther’s program is sound and works. YOU must do the work though. It may feel a bit severe, especially in the beginning but the rapid results are enough to keep you going. I found it got easier to follow the program as I learned how to cook differently. Now, I actually crave lean protein and the more green veggies I eat, the better I feel.  That feeling is addictive.  Dr. Luther and the staff are there to support you whenever you need. Throughout my weight loss journey I have learned to listen to my own body and explored my relationship with food.  I have changed the way I cook and learned to research food choices and sources (clean, unprocessed, and nutrient rich).  I am happy to say, food is still my love language and my a form.  I have grown personally as well “shrunk” physically!! Don’t forget to drink your water, take your supplements, and get your rest!!! All are vital components to success.  I highly recommend this program, but the success is up to YOU!

Thanks, Dave, for your great service. When I first came in, I had a very serious accident and I had very little feeling in my feet. Came in for a test, found out I had less than 50% feeling in each foot. Today I have 90% feeling in each. I’m driving confidently again. My exercises have given me great improvement in my balance. The secret to success is following the program what is recommended. It takes a lot of time but it’s an investment in yourself, and I am so glad that I did. I continue to work with Dave. I really do recommend the Neuropathy program. A lot of people don’t realize that there is treatment, there are doubters but I am certainly proof for this program.
